During more than 20 years of experience in M&A :

I have been a consultant in banks (Crédit Lyonnais, Deutsche Handelsbank) and then in big4 (Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, Ernst&Young), a business valuation specialist (Deloitte), a partner in my own M&A consulting structure (Genaxia Finance), co-developer of an M&A boutique (Aurige Finance), a business creator around a passion (inter-species communication), a corporate M&A director (in partnership with Valtus, for Saur and Easy Mile).

I have led international networks in deal origination and execution (for Crédit Lyonnais and Ernst & Young).

I have advised groups (Veolia, Pernod Ricard, Club Med, DMC…), SMEs and entrepreneurs (Fleury Michon, Marathon, Delbard, Calida, …).

I have worked in France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada…

In different sectors of activity (food, retail, industry, banking…) and transactional contexts (strategic, shareholder, financial, managerial, tax issues…).

For company sales, company acquisitions, fundraising operations, LBOs (with MBO Partenaires, Evolem, EPF Partners, Bridgepoint…), and even privatizations (for the Treuhandanstalt in the former GDR!).

I have optimized sales/acquisition processes in terms of targeting, presentation of information, negotiation timing, access to decision makers…

I have helped my clients to transfer their company, to keep control of it, to redeploy their strategy, to finance it with equity and debt, to take advantage of financial arrangements and shareholder situations, to involve their key managers, to evaluate the target company and the synergies expected from the transaction, to prepare the post-merger integration…
